There are three types of events taking place every single week to help you build your Xango business.
There are live events taking place each week around the world! These events include corporate meetings, distributors meetings, Super Saturday trainings, and events with Dr. Templeman. Each week you should check the event calendar to see if there is an event taking place near you, or near someone you know. Check the calendar every Sunday night or Monday morning and call everyone you know within driving distance of these events. There is no more powerful recruiting activity you can do each week than to get yourself, your downline, or your prospects to a live event.
Every Sunday through Wednesday night one of Xango's top leaders shares the Xango Business Opportunity to prospects all around the world on a live conference call. This is your chance to have your prospects listen to a live opportunity call if they are not able to get to a live meeting.
We have many great training calls to help new distributors learn and grow in their Xango business. We have a Getting Started Training call, a Compensation Plan Training Call, and a 16 Week to Premier Challenge Training Call every single week. Every new distributor should plug into each of these calls until they have the information down cold. We also have training calls each week for the MyPowerBuilder System and the WealthVoyage system.
BUILDING FOR EVENTS is the single most important thing you can do to build your Xango business. You should check the event calendar at the beginning of each week and plan your recruiting activities accordingly. Make sure you plug all your new distributors into the events and calls taking place each week as well. Make sure you attend all the Major Events yourself and encourage anyone in your group that wants to become a Xango Leader to attend these events as well. The single most important event each year is the annual convention, followed by conferences and regionals.
