If you have been to a Getting Started Training by Colli Butler, either in person, or conference call, this website contains the information being taught in that training. This is in rough draft and we are working on simplifying the information, and presenting it in a more appealing and easy to understand way.
For now, to get the information to you, we have put the site up in it's roughest format. We will be working on this weekly, sometimes daily, and there will be much more informaiton and tools available within the next 30 days. People don't fail in Xango. But some people quit. Years ago I took a hard look at the reasons why some people quit, while others succeed. I discovered the quitters seemed to have two things in common.
1) they didn't believe in the product
2) they didn't believe they could make money

After determining what products you wish to purchase for your personal consumption we also recommend that you purchase additional product for promotional purposes in your first 30 days. Your first thirty days is the most important time in your XanGo business as you busy yourself learning about the XanGo products and business opportunity. Most people spend that first 30 days "saddling up", "getting ready" to "get started". With our system you can spend that first 30 days filling your pipeline with qualified prospects for both the XanGo business, and the XanGo products. BUILD YOUR BELIEF IN THE PRODUCT AND THE MONEY THROUGH PERSONAL EXPERIENCES (Do Your Own Test Market)
To be successful in Xango, all new distributors need to develop a belief in the product, and a belief they can succeed in this business and make money. Many new distributors coming into Xango say "I'm going to try the product and see if it works for me, if it does, I am going to go to work and build a business". Or I hear people say "I don't want to talk to anyone I know until I am making money". Or I have heard "I don't want to talk to anyone I know until I am really sure that the product works and that people are making money". The solution is to share the Xango product and business opportunity with people that you personally know.
By coming in the BEST way, you will have 30 weekly trial packs of Eleviv to share with people you personally know and trust. The first thing you do when you sign up is complete the Getting Started training. Then complete your 48 Hour Assignment and Review with your sponsor. Then take your list and divide it between "builders" and "buyers". A builder is someone who you think could be a business builder if they decide Xango is right for them (usually people who are already successful). A buyer is someone who could benefit from the product. Find the most "product needy" people you know.
Next, call people on the list and ask them to help you evaluate the product and the business opportunity with Xango. You might say something like this... "Hi John, this is Sarah, you know how I've been looking for a solid home-based business that I can really believe and succeed in?(replace what is in red with YOUR STORY) Well I just came across something that I believe is everything I've been looking for. It is a company called Xango and they started eight years ago marketing a functional beverage made from the whole fruit puree of a fruit called the Mangosteen that is grown in Southeast Asia and has been used medicinally for thousands of years. This company was first to market the mangosteen. In just over five years they built a BILLION DOLLAR BRAND and created over 50 MILLIONAIRES. Some of the benefits I've heard about the product are...(relay personal or third party testimonials). I'm calling because I am looking for some people that I personally know and trust to help me evaluate the product and the business opportunity before I jump in with both feet. Would you be willing to purchase a bottle for $30 (or whatever price you want to sell it at, at $30 each you will earn enough retail profit to cover the cost of your cost of getting in the business and get all of your product for FREE) and give me your feedback (you can also offer the money-back guarantee if you want). I would really appreciate it. From everything I've heard I think you are going to love this product."
This approach works great for everyone. Every new distributor should talk to people on their "warm market list" before doing anything else. But some people are afraid to. Some say they have no credibility with their warm market. Some feel they have to be successful first. Some say they have "burned" their warm market list. This approach is the answer to all those concerns because you are really asking people that you know and trust to ASSIST you in EVALUATING the business because of your respect for them. With this "opinion" approach, you are not trying to "recruit" anyone. You are just sharing something you found and asking for feedback. (NOTE: This method is great for the first 30 days so take advantage of it, come in the BEST WAY, and build your business FAST! It is hard to use the opinion approach once you've made your commitment to Xango or have been in for awhile).
Now schedule an appointment to drop off the product and another appointment one week later to follow up, present the opportunity, and ask them to join Xango and present the Good, Better, Best options. The best way is to have a meeting in your home where everyone can come together to share their experience with the group.
When dropping off the product also drop off some tools. Ask your upline for what they recommend but usually you want something for them to watch, listen to, and read. Make sure you don't use any third party tools in conjunction with dropping off the initial bottle of Xango, however, you should drop off some third party tools during the week as "additional research" that you have come across. Make sure you invite your group to listen to sizzle calls, conference calls, webinars, and invite them to any local event that may be in town.
When you present the opportunity use your upline. You can do a home meeting in your home (best way), present in their home, meet at a restaraunt, invite to a local event, or do a three way call to your upline. Then invite to join, and duplicate the process.
RESULTS
These resuts are estimates and based on overall experience. We have had only one year of experience with Eleviv, but used this same system with the juice for the first seven years. Considering less than 10% of people experienced a noticable result with the juice in one week, and more than 80% of people get results on Eleviv within the first week, we have changed our "evaluation product" from the Juice, to Eleviv. But depending on how effective you are at getting a "test market group" to evaluate the product and the business in your first 30 days, these results are quite realistic and many people are getting significantly greater results.
When inviting people to join XanGo and offering the choice of Good, Better, or Best way to Get Started, you will find that a few people will want to become a customer and order product the product. We believe a conservative estimate of 20 - 25 people will want to join the business. Some will come in the "good" way, others the "better" way, and others the "best" way. You will earn a 30% Power Start bonus (paid NEXT WEEK) on the combined first orders of these new distributors. With a 15 - 30 test market group we usually find that a few of them will come in the Best Way, a larger number the "Better Way" and many others the "Good Way". The combined first orders of these new distributors can average a few thousand dollars, to ten thousand dollars or more. We are going to use $5,000 as an average number for this example. Your results will depend on the number of people that attend your Business Launch event, and how effective you are at connecting each person to the opportunity through your upline partner, and the Good, Better, Best training being presented at this meeting.

If you come in the BEST way within 7-10 days you can be a qualified 1K distributor and have made enough money to cover the cost of getting started (and get your product for FREE!). You will develop your belief in the product because people that YOU KNOW have benefited and shared their testimony with you. You will develop a belief in the business because YOU have MADE MONEY with just an initial "opinion group" and have not really even started BUILDING the business. If you bring in three or more people the best way the following week, you could become a qualified 5K in your FIRST 30 DAYS! If this is duplicated another level, you could become a 20K, and one more level of duplication would make you a Premier.
You will experience amazing results even if you come in the "better way" with a 18 person initial group, and good results if you could only come in the "good way" with only a 6 personal initial group. But the faster you get your business off the ground in your first 30 days, the faster you wll build a Xango Premiership, and the faster your entire group will duplicate your success. And coming in the BEST WAY not only lays the foundation for a Xango Premier, but also for a Xango 500K distributorship.
You can also use Xango's customer program to help you expand your test market in other states outside of your local area. Just call 877-GO-XANGO and tell them you have a customer who would like to sign up. There is no sign up fee to be a customer. Your customer will be charged the retail price for smaller quantities, or wholesale price for $100 or more if trey sign up for an ADP.. Xango will send your customer the product along with some literature about the product and opportunity. You will earn a retail bonus on your monthly commission check. The follow up process is the same as if you had given them the product yourself. The customer program is a great way to do your test market even if you can't afford to come in the "best way".
The key to this business, and to this system, is duplication. Offer everyone the "GOOD, BETTER, BEST " way to get started in Xango. No matter what they choose, ask everyone to do the Getting Started training and complete their 48 Hour Assignment. And ask everyone to do a test market as many people as possible.
Some people will. Some people won't. But those who do will have many times the chance of success as those who do not. They will develop their belief in the product, their belief they can make money, have a strong story to tell of their personal experience, and be able to build with passion, belief, and enthusiasm, which are the ingredients to a successful Xango business.

You will do a home meeting for all of your new distributors for their
group (still with assistance from your upline).
You will assist their new distributors to get started "GOOD, BETTER,

ONE WEEK AFTER THAT
You will receive your "Second Level Power Start" check from
your new distributors test market group. (15% of the total amount of product
purchased by your new distributor's new distributors.)
If you had three people who got started the "best way" or who
